The Bridal Buyer Awards are the most prestigious awards in the bridal calendar. They attract hundreds of entries and absolutely everyone who is anyone in the bridal industry attends the glittering ceremony. The 2009 event is scheduled for Monday the 9th of March and it will be bigger and even better than the 2008 record-breaking celebration.

Here are a few early photographs of the winners from the 2009 awards – presented in Harrogate on the evening of 9 March.

More than 500 people attended. Guests were entertained by TV presenter and comedian Fred MacAulay. There was be a pre-dinner drinks reception, a fine three course meal, and after the awards there was dancing until 1.30am with The Nightjars.
